Leah Webster joins Congressional for the 2021 school year. Formerly the Director of a Lindamood-Bell center in Newton, MA, Leah's career in education is expansive. Launching her career with a job as assistant preschool teacher, she then taught elementary music and worked as a general grades substitute teacher. Because of her desire to support struggling students, Leah started working at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes in 2013, supporting students with reading, language comprehension, and math skills development. She has worked as an instructor, case manager, trainer, and director and is now excited to bring her knowledge and passion to a more typical classroom setting.
When not at school Leah loves spending time with her husband and dog, crafting, or voraciously reading books. After a short stint in the DC area during her college years, she is excited to return and make the area her home.

"The process of guiding students to realize their own potential and evolve into confident learners is as life changing for me as it is for them each and every time."
