Board of Trustees Vice Chair

Kristen Griest joined the Board in 2018 and has been a member of the Congressional community since 2016.  She has three children at Congressional – Addison (class of 2021), Jackson (class of 2024), and Grayson (class of 2028). Outside of her Board responsibilities, Kristen is the Managing Director of Compensation at FTI Consulting, Inc., an independent global business advisory firm dedicated to helping organizations manage change, mitigate risk and resolve disputes.  At FTI, she is responsible for the overall direction of a US-based team responsible for global compensation programs across five regions and 29 countries.
