Diana Ochoa joined Congressional in 2009 as our Primary and Lower School Spanish Teacher. In the fall of 2021, she transitioned to become our Middle School Spanish Teacher. Diana has spent over thirty years teaching young children and adults. She spent ten years teaching at the Inter-American School in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. Diana then taught at the Washington Episcopal School. Since coming to Congressional School, she has worked with all of our age groups, teaching them the joys of the Spanish culture and language. At home she enjoys reading, and spending time with her cat, Shute, and her dog, Twinky.
“My first grade teacher made such an impression on me that I have always wanted to teach and touch others’ lives.”
