Dessi joined Congressional in 2011. Before joining Congressional, Dessi taught grammar and literature in Elementary and Secondary schools overseas. She also teaches at the Bulgarian Educational Center in Washington D.C. When she is not at school, Dessi enjoys spending time with her daughter, son, and husband.
