Brianne Yearwood joined Congressional School as the Director of Advancement and External Affairs in October 2025. She brings more than 15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and communications. Prior to joining Congressional School, Brianne served as Senior Director of Enterprise Sales and Strategic Partnerships at Seramount, where she led revenue and growth strategy initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and supported national efforts focused on women’s advancement in the workplace.

A proven leader and prolific fundraiser, Brianne has played a key role in developing brand-aligned fundraising opportunities that have generated millions in incremental revenue across diverse community engagement channels. In her role at Congressional School, she oversees private gift fundraising, the Congressional Fund, family engagement and philanthropy, gift and estate planning, stewardship, and special events, while partnering closely with the CSPO leadership team and the Board of Trustees Advancement Committee.

Brianne holds a B.A. in Strategic Communications and Marketing and an MBA from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. As both a parent of two independent school students and an active donor, she brings a deep understanding of independent school philanthropy and a strong commitment to advancing educational excellence.
