Erika Evans is a Global Talent Strategy Leader at Accenture helping to shape design and experiences for Accenture's 500,000+ people in 120+ countries. She joined Accenture from DayNine Consulting where she helped lead the transformation of the fast-growth start-up by aligning people & culture to support business strategies.

A member of the Congressional community since 2012, she has served as a Room Parent, a CSPO member representing the Little School, co-chair for the Congressional Fund, and a member of the gala committee.

Erika is a Northern Virginia native.  She and her partner, Evan Howard, currently live in Arlington and are proud parents to three current Congressional students: Cole ‘25, Perrey '29, Tate '32.
