MICHAEL GILBERT

Board of Trustees Chair

Michael is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and one of the founding partners of Leading Path Consulting. As COO, Michael oversees all business, accounting, and human resources operations for the company.

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in IT and management consulting. Michael began his career at Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting, where he worked as a management consultant building IT solution for Fortune 100 companies. After Accenture, he was a partner at pureIntegration, where he helped to grow the company from a start-up to a mid-size company.

Michael serves the Congressional school in many different volunteer capacities, including advancement, admissions, marketing, finance, and strategic planning. He has a passion for the school and is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the school's mission.

Michael holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and is involved in various charitable causes.
